Zip Basted Flatiron

8 oz Flatiron Steak (or your favorite cut)
2 ea Thyme Sprigs
2 ea Garlic Cloves
to Taste Salt and Pepper
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp ZipSauce
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Coat both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet on medium high heat. When hot place steak in pan and cook 3-5 minutes
When steak appears to have nice caramelization, add garlic, thyme, butter and zip sauce to pan.
When butter has “foamed” turn over steak and with a large spoon, keep coating steak with butter.
Repeat for 3-5 minutes for Medium Rare steak. Cook longer if you desire more temperature.
Remove steak from pan and allow to rest for 3-4 minutes
Serve with ZipButter

Zip Sauce Chili

1 lb Ground Beef
1 cup yellow Onion Chopped
4 ea Garlic Cloves Chopped
1/4 cup Zip Sauce
1ea 12oz Lager Beer
1can 28oz Tomato Puree
3 Tbsp Chili Seasoning
1 can Red Kidney Beans
1 can Black Beans
In a pot over medium heat, combine beef, onions and garlic and cook till browned stirring occassionally
Add Seasoning and cook 1 minutes, then add Zip Sauce, beer then tomato puree.
Add red and black beans.
Reduce heat to medium low and cook covered for 35-45 minutes.

Detroit Cheesesteak

1 pound Shaved Ribeye Steak
1/3 cup ZipSauce
1/2 cup Sweet roasted pepper strips
6 ea Provolone sliced
2 ea 8” Sub Buns
2 Tbsp Vegetable oil /Butter
In a sautee pan, heat butter or oil and brown beef.
Add ZipSauce and peppers and cook till 1/3 of liqid in pan remains.
Top with Cheese and allow to melt.
Serve on your favorite bread dressed with Zip Dressing

Easy Peasy Beefy Mac n Cheesy

1# Ground Beef
1 pack 24oz pre made Mac n Cheese
1/2 cup ZipSauce
1 cup Peas
3 cups Shredded Mild Cheddar
Brown Beef over medium heat. Add Zipsauce and cook 2 minutes.
Add Mac n Cheese and Peas.
Stir in 1.5 cups cheese and place in caseroul dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake in 350F oven for 15. Finish under broiler till golden brown.

Shepherds Pie

1# Ground Beef Lean
1/2 cup Yellow Onion Diced
1 cup Fresh or Frozen Peas
1 cup Fresh or Frozen Corn Kernals
1/2 cup ZipSauce
2 cups Beef Stock
2 Tbsp Wondra Flour
Mashed Potatoes Ingredients:
2 cups Potato Flakes
2.5 cups Milk
1/4 cup ZipSauce
1/4 stick Butter

In a pot, combine beef and onions and cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes.
Cook till beef is browned. Add ZipSauce, and stock and bring to simmer.
Add Wondra Flour and stir till thickened.
Add Peas and Corn.
Place in caseroul dish

Mashed Potatoes:

Bring Milk and butter to a boil, stir in ZipSauce and whisk in Potato Flakes.
Mix till smooth.
Top Beef, Place in 350F oven for 15 minutes, finish under broiler till golden brown
