Zip Basted Flatiron

8 oz Flatiron Steak (or your favorite cut)
2 ea Thyme Sprigs
2 ea Garlic Cloves
to Taste Salt and Pepper
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp ZipSauce
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

Coat both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in skillet on medium high heat. When hot place steak in pan and cook 3-5 minutes
When steak appears to have nice caramelization, add garlic, thyme, butter and zip sauce to pan.
When butter has “foamed” turn over steak and with a large spoon, keep coating steak with butter.
Repeat for 3-5 minutes for Medium Rare steak. Cook longer if you desire more temperature.
Remove steak from pan and allow to rest for 3-4 minutes
Serve with ZipButter
