1 cup Diced Pork Loin
1 cup Mixed Vegetables (fresh or frozen)
1/3 cup Green Onion (Sliced)
2 cups Day Old Cooked Longrain Rice
1/4 cup ZipSauce
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 ea Egg
In a wok or frying pan, heat oil and cook pork till cooked through.
Add onions, vegetables, rice and ZipSauce
Cook for 3-5 minutes till everything is heated through and well incorporated.
Fry egg sunnyside up or to your tatse and top rice and serve
