1# Ground Lean Turkey
1 cup Medium Diced Onion
3 ea Garlic Cloves minced
1 ea 28 oz can San Marzano Tomato Puree
1/2 cup ZipSauce
3 cups Chopped Spinach (fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil (Extra to finish)
1# Spaghetti Pasta(or your favorite pasta)
In a medium pot, heat olive oil and add onions, garlic and turkey meat.
Cook over medium heat till fully cooked (about 7-8 minutes)
Add ZipSauce and Tomato Puree and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add chopped Spinach and simmer additional 15 minutes.
Serve over your favorite Al Dente Pasta
Top with Parmesan Cheese
