1 ea Large Head Cabbage
3 ea Celery Bunches
1 qt Vegetable stock
1/2 cup Zip Sauce
Cabbage: Remove outer layer of leaves and cut into 8 pieces keeping core in tact
Celery: Cut celery in half lengthwise and washing out all dirt thoroughly.
Mix stock and Zip Sauce and pour over either cabbage or celery arranged in a roasting pan.
Cover with plastic wrap then aluminum foil.
Bake covered @ 350F for 1 hour then uncovered for 30 minutes.
