1/4 cup Zip Sauce
2 sticks Unsalted Butter
Cut butter into small pieces.
Heat Zip Sauce into pan, do not boil.
Remove from heat, Add butter and whisk till all butter is melted.
For Best results, place in blender or use immerssion blender for rich smoth velvety texture.
Refrigerate and use as desired to finish steaks, burgers, grilled vegetables, steamed corn etc.
