Ingredients:
1 lb. Button Mushrooms sliced
1 lb. Crimini Mushrooms sliced
1 lb. Ground Chuck
6 Tbsp Zip Sauce
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions:
Heat olive oil in sauté pan, add mushrooms and cook till tender, add 4 Tbsp Zip Sauce and and cook till all liquid is gone.
Reserve half cooked mushroom and mince remaining mushrooms. Blend evenly with beef and remaining Zip Sauce.
Split into 4 Even Patties. Cook in pan or on grill. Top with remaining mushroom's and Sharp Cheddar
