Cajun Po'Boy

Ingredients: 3 lb. Beef Sirloin 1/2 cup Yellow Onion diced 1/2 cup Green Pepper diced 1 cup Tomatoes diced 4 ea Garlic cloves minced 3 Tbsp Creole Seasoning 1/4 cup Zip Sauce 2  cups Beef Stock 4 Tbsp All Purpose Flour 4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil Instructions:1. In a large pan, sear all sides of beef and remove from pan. To the same pan, add oil and all vegetable and cook for 4-5 minutes. 2. Add flour and seasoning and cook additional 3 minutes. Tomato Chili Lime Poached Fish

Ingredients:2 cups Vegetable Stock1/4 cup ZipSauce1/4 cup Cilantro Stems (rough chopped)2 Tbsp Jalapeno (rough Chopped)1/4 cup Lime Juice4 ea 6 oz Fish Fillets (Bass, Snapper, Cod) Directions:Except for fish, combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Gently place fish in simmering broth and cook fish till done. Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the pieces** ***When Fish is cooked, reduce poaching liquid by half. Toss with 1# cooked pasta of choice or favorite grain.

Cheesy Beef Empanadas

Ingredients: FILLING 1 lb. Ground Beef (90% Lean) 1 ea Medium yellow onion diced small 1/2 cup Green Olives Chopped 1/4 cup Raisins 1 tsp Orageno 1 Tbsp Ground Cumin 2 tsp Paprika 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic 1/4 cup ZipSauce 3 cups Shredded Cheddar Mild 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Directions: In a medium pot heat olive oil, add onions and cook till translucent over medium heat. Mushroom Beef Burger

Ingredients: 1 lb. Button Mushrooms sliced 1 lb. Crimini Mushrooms sliced 1 lb. Ground Chuck 6 Tbsp Zip Sauce 2 Tbsp Olive Oil Directions:Heat olive oil in sauté pan, add mushrooms and cook till tender, add 4 Tbsp Zip Sauce and and cook till all liquid is gone.Reserve half cooked mushroom and mince remaining mushrooms. ZipSauce Chili

Ingredients: 1 lb Ground Beef 1 cup yellow Onion Chopped 4 ea Garlic Cloves Chopped 1/4 cup Zip Sauce 1ea 12oz Lager Beer 1can 28oz Tomato Puree 3 Tbsp Chili Seasoning 1 can Red Kidney Beans 1 can Black Beans   Directions: In a pot over medium heat, combine beef, onions and garlic and cook till browned stirring occasionally Add Seasoning and cook 1 minutes, then add Zip Sauce, beer then tomato puree. Add red and black beans. Reduce heat to medium low and cook covered for 35-45 minutes.
