Tomato Chili Lime Poached Fish

2 cups Vegetable Stock
1/4 cup ZipSauce
1/4 cup Cilantro Stems (rough chopped)
2 Tbsp Jalapeno (rough Chopped)
1/4 cup Lime Juice
4 ea 6 oz Fish Fillets (Bass, Snapper, Cod)

Except for fish, combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer and allow to simmer for 15 minutes.
Gently place fish in simmering broth and cook fish till done.
Cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the pieces**

***When Fish is cooked, reduce poaching liquid by half.
Toss with 1# cooked pasta of choice or favorite grain.
